Smore Brownies

My dear wife’s recipe has been a hit for the potluck at work.

1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup crushed graham crackers
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 1.55 chocolate bars
1 7 ounce jar of marshmello crème

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

Add remaining ingred. except chocolate and marshmello and beat well stopping to scrape sides of the bowl.

Spoon half of the dough into 9×9 pan and spread it evenly with your fingers.

Break chocolate bars into pieces and arrange over the dough.

Spread layer of marshmello creme over the chocolate.

Finally, flatten the remaining dough into pancakes and lay them over the marshmallow.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool.
